Yes I am vain, and proud of it.....

I have made a decision out of pure vanity :-)
I will be dieting a few weeks to see just how much leaner I can become while continuing to forge ahead with futbol. I will not restrict carbs as is the BIG mistake with bodybuilding diets, instead I will take more of a ZONE approach 30/30/40 with the main emphasis being on eating as cleanly as possible and adding some BCAAs and WPI (Whey Protein Isolate). I currently weigh 193lbs and most likely will be shredded to the nth degree at about 189lbs..

Bene, oggi dico poichè ho sempre " Vita in tensione con passion". Ho avuto un gusto allineare della vita dolce e sembra inacidetto improvvisamente. Come " sempre detto di Francis Albert; Devo essere i 24 type" depressivi maniaci di kt; A volte devo dire che la dinamica sociale molto sta frustrando. Sto cominciando allineare credere quel là isn' t qualsiasi stanza nella società per un signore. Sempre provo ed ho provato ad essere socialmente servizievole ed aperto ma ovviamente chivalry doesn' la t ottiene il vostro biglietto perforato attualmente. Oh bene, ho scritto questo in italiano per non fare leggere tutto la mia chiazza di petrolio huh di pensieri…? : -)

As Far as progress on Forza training is concerned, I WILL NOT be doing any classes through previously mentioned Scorpion Fitness. Nothing more to say at this time regarding this other than no bootcamps, Sports Clinics or classes offered will be Renegade Certified..I will update with great news on this matter by weeks end...
